with limited Live-Stream and On-Demand options offered as well.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Alignment Yoga Slow paced class with emphasis on foundations and alignment with the usage of props to access postures. Good for beginners and athletes and accessible for stiffer bodies.
Anusara Yoga Heart centered and Alignment based practice that weaves posture, breath, awareness and intention to balance body, mind and spirit drawing from both Classical Yoga and Tantra.
Ashtanga Yoga Vigorous practice that includes a series of postures done in swift succession, combined with deep controlled breathing.
Chakra Yoga Flow Journey through the subtle body and balance the chakras with a practice that includes postures, breath practices, meditation & chanting.
Hatha Yoga Slow and mindful paced practice that covers the foundations of yoga postures, breath practices, meditation and philosophy.
Iyengar Yoga Slow paced practice with an emphasis on alignment, anatomy and subtle body exploration with the usage of props to access postures. Appropriate for beginners and for stiffer and/or aging bodies.
Kundalini Yoga Awaken Kundalini Shakti with a dynamic practice that combines breathing, chanting, meditation, kriya and physical postures.
Myofascial Release Targets the body's fascia with self massage techniques using props and balls to increase range of motion, circulation and flexibility. Accessible to all levels and abilites.
Slow Flow Yoga Stretch, strengthen and unwind with a slower-paced vinyasa style practice with longer holds and room to breathe.
Sacred Flow Yoga A complete practice of asana, pranayama, bhanda, mantra and meditation/nidra drawing from the ancient wisdom of Classical Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda.
Tonic Dance Ecstatic dance based in the 5 Rhythms designed to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual integration for optimal wellbeing through somatic and free movement.
Restorative Yoga Experience nurturing relaxation, internal focus and deep stretching in postures with the use of props and long holds. Accessible for all levels and abilities.
Vinyasa Yoga Dynamic flow of yoga postures strung together with the breath in a creatively crafted sequence.
Yin Yoga Slow and internal practice that promotes relaxation and mobilizes, stretches, and hydrates the body's extensive fascial network with longer holds in supportive postures. Accessible for all levels and abilities.

Please pre-register for class online prior by following the “Login” link below.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to check in and setup your practice area.
No shoes in studio space as we practice in bare feet.
Yoga mats and props are available to borrow though you are welcome to bring your own.
Please silence or turn off your cell phone.

We offer a variety of classes and styles and each Guide has a different approach. We encourage you to contact us to learn more if you have any questions as to where to begin.
We encourage Private Instruction if you have an injury or physical limitations that prevent you from safely practicing in a public class and/or are a beginner student.
