TONIC Healing Arts is a community of dedicated seekers and experienced practitioners interested in embodying and sharing the ancient teachings of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Ecstatic Dance and the Divine Feminine through self reflective practices. We strive to hold a safer container for healing and embodiment of wellness for all. Located in downtown Salida Colorado, we are a woman owned business in operation since 2006 (previously YogaTonic).

We offer a variety of series and diverse topics of exploration. Dive into a specific scope of a practice and connect with a supportive community through a series of classes that progressively builds.

Join us for a Workshop, Retreat, Ceremony, Continuing Education or Teacher Training. Our community events are designed to give you a work-in, increase self awareness, provide educational tools and resources and strengthen connection with self and other.

Personal Guidance

We offer personal and small group sessions for the beginner to advanced student. Annie Jacob offers Rights of Passage and Ceremonial offerings to private groups.

Please pre-register for class online prior by following the link below.
Please arrive early enough to class to check in and setup your practice area.
Please remove shoes upon entry.
Yoga mats and props are available to borrow.
Please silence or turn off your cell phone.
Please be responsible for your body and respect any physical limitations.
We encourage beginners to take our Beginner’s Yoga Series or Private Instruction.
We encourage Private Instruction if you have an injury or physical limitations that prevent you from safely practicing in a public class.
